Shipping Policies
All orders must be received by MONDAY in order to be shipped the same week. (No
deliveries are made during weekends or holidays)
CANINE CARNIVORE ships all product via UPS and the MINIMUM shipping charge is $25.
Generally, shipping rates are approximately $25 per 20lbs of food ordered WHEN the
delivery address is within our 3 day UPS Ground shipping area. All frozen food orders
are shipped in insolated boxes that contain additional dry ice or gel-packs – the
higher cost of shipping is required to cover the expense of our shipping materials.
NOTE: We MUST receive your order by the end of day on MONDAY to guarantee shipping
of your frozen order on TUESDAY – We ONLY ship FROZEN orders on TUESDAYS. Non-frozen
items, if not combined with frozen products, are generally shipped within 2 business
days after receiving the order. We will provide you UPS tracking information via
email for each order.
Although our packaging is designed to keep food frozen, and we are confident your
order will be at least at refrigerated temperature when it arrives, we cannot guarantee
your order will be frozen when you receive it. If the outer containers of your order
are slightly thawed when it arrives you can put them in your freezer and refreeze
with no problem.
NOTE: During the winter months in cold climates, FedEx can deliver to a residence
where packages may sit outside. However, you must be available to accept delivery
during Spring, Summer and Fall to ensure the food remains frozen. We CANNOT accept
returns or offer refunds for frozen food orders that were unable to be delivered
or were left outside for extended periods after delivery.
